Instructional Systemwide/Special Education Outreach program’s vision is that all students are served in a model setting designed to address educational excellence and emotional support.

Our mission is to provide students with quality instruction and social/emotional skills so they are prepared to enter a less restrictive educational setting, maintain independent living skills, successfully enter the workforce, and become contributing members of their community.

I extend my warmest welcome to our parents, students, and business/community partners.  Our school year is off to a wonderful start!  We are so excited about the myriad of opportunities provided to our students with disabilities via referral-based contracted agency programs located throughout Miami-Dade County.  These programs include Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Centers; Transition and Vocational Training programs; and free and appropriate education for qualifying students who are deaf or hard of hearing.

We take great pride in what we do. It is an honor to serve our students, their families, and this great community.
